Back to Normal and Fashionable Paws #2: Warriors RP Outfits!

Hello! Sorry for that posting break, the WiFi at our house just collapsed.

Now onto the REAL post - roleplay outfits!

Let's start with the warrior outfits!

This is my main female warrior outfit. She's wearing a tan Mech Angel Helmet, a white Phantom Necklace, some teal Elf Bracelets, a black member Sword, and teal/aqua-ish Elf Tail Armor. She also has a light tan base color, a slightly pink/cream underbelly, and cream-colored splotches, accompanied by royal blue eyes.

This is a more violent, rogue-ish outfit for powerplayers and evil cats. This male wolf has a black Rhino Helmet with gray and red horns, black Three Horned Armor, black Elf Bracelets, a white Phantom Necklace, and black and blue Elf Tail Armor. His main coat is a dark gray, the underbelly a pale grey, with red splotches as the pattern. The eyes? A cunning deep black.

Now onto apprentice outfits!

This female fox apprentice look contains a pink and magenta Spring Flower Crown, a matching Spring Flower Bracelet, and a Rare Bow and Arrows - the Rare Raspberry Bow. She has a light brown base, a tan underbelly, and brown ears, paws, and nose streaks. She has pale aqua eyes.

This male apprentice - not one of my best looks - is wearing maroon Gazelle Horns, matching Leg Armor, a peach-y colored set of Three Horned Armor, and a peach Moon Necklace. He has a bright orange main color, a cream belly, and very, very pale tan flames. His eyes are a bright shade of green.

Let's do kits, shall we?

This kit's using simple pieces I've used in other looks, but then again, a kit doesn't need much to be cute. This adorable little bunny is wearing a pink, mountain purple, and lavender Spring Flower Crown, with a matching Spring Flower Bracelet. She also has on a lavender Moon Necklace, and teal/aqua Elf Tail Armor. She has a standard brown coat, with pink inner ears and mocha-colored splotches.

This kit's a bit of a goofball - he's wearing black Three Horned Armor, black and blue Elf Tail Armor, blue Leg Armor, and - silly goose - a white and blue Knitted Hat. He has a plain white coat with no pattern, pink inner ears, and gray eyes.

Hey guys! NeonPlutonium here with a quick lil' post.

What type of animal is Zios, really?

We have Zios merchandise - i.e. the Zios Mask and the timer thingy from Falling Phantoms, but it for now all we know about Zios' physical appearance is that he looks like a taco.

Quick Notes & A Tour of Central Cognition - AJH's Blog HQ!

Hey guys! NeonPlutonium here with a small little update bit. ^_^

Sorry I'm a day late for a post - I was extra-busy yesterday. Sorry!

Oh, and we can welcome Joscel28 back to the AJH! Even though she's NM now (her membership expired), it'll be nice to have two NM authors and two Member authors. Why two Member authors, you ask?

BECAUSE GAMERGIRL2034 GOT A MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

You see, I was at her house Friday-Saturday of last week for a birthday sleepover. Her present from me? A MEMBERSHIP CARD!!!!!!!!

So now we have a good author balance. Anywho, that's it for the little AJH news blurbs!

P.S. If you don't see me posting when I've said I will, it's because of the WiFi at my house. It's at two bars almost all the time, and in turn, both my AJ and Blogger are laggy. Sorry for my erratic and spontaneous schedule!

This is the eating area. When we the people/animals of the AJH are hungry during our long, long workdays, we come in here to eat. But, however, we don't bring our laptops up here. They might get damaged due to the ice cream. Nom nom nom!!!!!

This is the (admittedly small) break room/lounge. Complete with a fireplace, a banner, and some couches, this is the best place to go to stretch your fingers after working hard. Also, if members of the team spend the night in Central Cognition, they sleep in here.

This is Part One of the Control Room. The Control Room is where all the monitors, work stations, and computers are. Each table is designed for something different. When you open different laptops at different tables, they auto-report to certain pages. On the left wall are awards and accolades the AJH has gotten - the International Blog plaque (the one with the globe) and the Language Plaque (the one with the wolf howling at the moon). In front of the plaques is a bookshelf, full of books with blogging tips and tricks inside. To the right of the plaques is a tea and cocoa machine - none of the AJH members drink coffee. To the right of the drinks is a portrait of Peck - reminding the team to be creative and original. Below the Peck portrait is a reference table, with a candle to keep the room smelling nice and a stack of blogging books we use most often. The first computer table, the one with the Cattail Lamp, is the main one: the Posting Table. All the authors write their posts here. The two National Geographic banners show that we wouldn't have made this blog without Animal Jam - and its founders, the National Geographic Society and WildWorks. Thank you, NG and WildWorks.

This is Part Two of the Control Room. The table with the Paradise Chairs is the Graphics Table - you come here to design the layouts, formats, and templates of the AJH. To the Graphics Table's right is the Technicalities Table - this deals with the comments, glitches, and settings of the AJH. To its right is another bookshelf with manuals for blogging. Far on the left we have some crystals that have grown into the Control Room - they're sacred and no one touches them.

How's It Looking?

Hey guys! It's me, with a new update-ish post.

How do you think the blog's looking? I've added a new header, changed the background and template, renamed the fishies, and added a Quote of the Week feature. I think the blog's looking really good, and now I just have to update it a bit more!

I also worked for a solid half an hour on the header. Thank Mira for PicMonkey, a free photo editor.

And if the AJH is looking weird at times, don't be concerned, it's just me updating the blog. ^.^

Blog Revamp and a HUGE Thank You

Hey guys! It's me, NeonPlutonium, as you've probably guessed.

This time it's not a bad announcement, although there will be something about a week-long something in here.

I was checking my email via my mom's iPhone on my way back from my grandparents' trailer today, and I got an email about the blog from Disqus.

It was about a comment on my "I Have Not Disappeared" post. The comment was made by Supernatural01010. I'll insert a screenshot so you can see it.

This made me think about the blog.

Currently, it's not the best it could be. I've hardly posted in the past week or so because I haven't had motivation. And the blog template is boring and not the best overall, and I don't even have sidebar graphics.

So, from Sunday, July 19th, to Sunday, July 26th, the blog will be shut down for a revamping and other fabulousness.

This was all inspired by Supernatural01010, who made one simple comment that changed the way I thought about blogging. My heart goes out to you, and all your friends that support the AJH as well.

Hey Jammers! NeonPlutonium here with a post.

I'm especially sorry that I haven't been posting. I have summer camps on all of the weekdays of the summer, and weekends are pretty much my only free time. I'll be posting on my own time now, and I'm sorry that you guys haven't been able to see anything new in the past few days from me.

Joscel28 isn't much into AJ anymore, so fastcat, Gamergirl, and I will pretty much be the only ones posting.

Sometimes I want to quit this blog.

I'm only here by the prospect that I'll make it someday.

I know I'll never be as much of a big shot as Snowyclaw or Julian2 or WootMoo or LilacPetal, and I know no one reads my posts.

Phew! At last, I got that out of my system.

So yesterday I came across a den owned by someone called Balloonforest. She was a non-member bunny who looked like this:

I saw her in Jamaa Township whilst roaming about, and I when I saw her little advertisement for her forest, I was like:

"LOL, sure I'll go in her den cuz why the heck not?"

When I entered, sure enough, before my eyes was this near-blinding patch of balloon bundles. I couldn't see myself, let alone know where I was going. Here are a few pictures of little ol' me roaming amongst the horde........

Hello! I've been back from sleepaway camp since 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, and I have just been lazzzzzzzzzzzy meh not feeling like posting.

So, I'll be gone for a week.

Problems AJHQ Needs To Fix #1: Innacurate World Map

Hey guys! Miacupcake1 here, with a lot to say. Let's get to it!

I'm only going to do the land areas of Jamaa, because in my opinion the underwater areas have almost no problem spots.

Sure, the World Map is handy. It gets you to places you need to go without manually walking to them. But the thing about it that really, really, REALLY nags me is that it's innacurate.

Let's start with Jamaa Township's problems - and there are a lot.

First off, where the heck is Jammer Central?! I can give AJHQ credit, as below is a picture of the old Jammer Central, but are they too lazy to update it or WHAT?

We've got the swirl there in the middle of the bustling heart of Jamaa, we have the Diamond Shop, but do we have today's current Jammer Central? NO. We just have a weird gong-looking thing above the swirl. 

Secondly, where's Mira? The little worshipping place dedicated to her is there, but if they can make a tiny graphic of the outdated Jammer Central, then they can draw a tiny Mira. Come on.

And last, what really bothers me is that they don't have the Pillow Room on the Jamaa Township section of the Map. As far as I know, it's been here quite a while, so why hasn't AJHQ taken the time to plop 'er on the Map?

And why the tussocks of grass near the top of the map? They aren't used and most Jammers don't even notice them. And what about the little houses up near the Mira statue?

Let's move onto Appondale.

Appondale has no major problems, thankfully, but I want AJHQ to add the ridge behind Claws 'N Paws, and maybe a little bit of scenery, as well as the mysterious cave-ish entrance........

Mt. Shiveer!

Mt. Shiveer also has almost no problems, but what bothers me is the cave near the top. In the real Mt. Shiveer, it's just a cragged rock face, not an open cave like they're showing.

Let's head to Sarepia Forest!

This portion of the skewed World Map has, in my opinion, the second-most problems. First of all, there's no stone slide, which bugs me. There's also no Flag Shop - WHAT THE HECK??? - and there's no Treetop Gardens. Plus, the mushrooms aren't located in the right spot, and the firepit isn't shown, never mind the Topiary Shop.

Trekking over to the Lost Temple of Zios!

The Chamber of Knowledge, Brady Barr's Lab, and the other building are in the right places, but I wish they had the pit with the Zios relic. AJHQ could take some time to add the entrance to the Adventure Base Camp, too. This section of the Map is meh - it only needs a little bit of retouching, but still.

Now onto the dusty desert-ish landscape of Kimbara Outback!

I've gotta hand it to AJHQ - this small little bit of the Map is about as good as they come. But the little path leading upward to the top of the map - it leads up to The Great NATURE Project board and the little wooden bridge, which isn't shown - it's minor, but I would like AJHQ to fix it.

The beaches of Crystal Sands await, my fellow Jammers!

Crystal Sands is decent as well, but I wish AJHQ had expanded it more to show the bit of water that cuts into Crystal Sands, and not made it border on Bahari Bay. Instead, they could have added the little half-bridge that leads into Bahari Bay. The could have also inserted the little island/rocky stick-y up-y part that juts into the water, as well as the flamingo that's with it. ^.^ They could have also added the Pet Wash, and the little slide next to it. The waterfall that's shown in front of the entrance to Mt. Shiveer isn't correct - instead, there's two little waterfalls on either side.

Now onto Coral Canyons - one of the little World Map niblets that irritates me the most.

First off, the section shows a river cutting through all of Coral Canyons - when the only bodies of water are the little waterfall that starts off at Swoopy Eagle to flow over the entrance to Epic Wonders, and the little pool of water near the center of Coral Canyons that connects to the waterfall. Secondly, according to the AWFUL map, all the shops PLUS the bridge are in a little clump, whilst the rest of Coral Canyons is flat. This really, really, REALLY bugs me! And they don't even show the bridge - and when you click on the Shops button on the side of the map, Den Depot, Epic Wonders, and the spot where you buy frogs are all in that barren wasteland in the Coral Canyons part of the map.......

And the bridge isn't even IN the clump of stuff, and Epic Wonders and Peck's Art Studio aren't even visible!

Step it up, AJHQ. Show me some real work.

Hey there Jammers! Miacupcake1 here, writing from our rented townhouse we're using for vacation in Arizona. I woke up at 5:00 AZ time (8:00 Ohio time) thinking I should be getting breakfast, but no........time zones, WHY DO YOU MESS WITH ME????

It's surprisingly light out for 5:57 in the morning AZ time....it looks like STINKING SEVEN O' CLOCK. The birds woke me up this morning, warbling their morning tunes RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW OF THE BEDROOM IN WHICH I WAS SLEEPING.

     a. Partying all day! You never stop dancing!

     c. Playing games all day in the Sol Arcade. You just HAVE to get that Cake Bake Kitchen from Epic Wonders!

You're an Artic Wolf! Always up-to-date with Jamaasian happenings and the latest fashions, you're in the spotlight and seen most frequently. You're a Fox! You can be spotted a good number of times in Jamaa, but you also kind of like to keep to yourself and relax a bit sometimes. You're usually on trend, but sometimes you mix it up. Awaiting Adoption: Part 5

It's been two weeks. Two weeks of exhausting, unfathomable, strenuous, generally tiring training. 

However, it has had some benefits - I now know karate, can swim, and can jump to enormous heights and distances. I can run at the speed of ten miles per hour, and crack nearly any code. I'm an innocent bunny with a dark flip side.

I've been spending the past few nights at Empress' house, and it's been kind of fun. Before bed every night, we go on her laptop and watch Pawflix.

I have a day off, so I'm checking out Jamaa Township and having fun. Oop! A Jam-A-Gram!

I'M INVITED TO MYTHICAL SPIRITWOLF'S BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!!!!!!

Mythical Spiritwolf is the queen of the cool crowd in Draa, the second most popular server. Julian2, Kosho, LilacPetal, and WootMoo are her best buds. She's kind of a big deal, and if you get invited to her birthday party, you're gold.

I'm about to reply "Of course!" in a Jam-A-Gram, but one saying pops into my head. I learned it from Empress.

Don't put the cart before the horse.

I shouldn't put being popular before my training. I shouldn't worry about it, because the fate of Jamaa is in my very paws.

Then Eleanor Roosevelt pops into my mind.

You must do the thing you think you cannot do.

I'm going to that party.

It's a week later, and I'm at the party. 

"There you are." Prancing slips a lei around my neck.

"May I get you anything else?"

"No, sir, I think I'm fine," I say.

"Well, go right in, then," he says. "Have a nice day!"

I run up the stairs to the smell of food. There's two ice cream/frozen yogurt carts, a lollipop stand, two tables with two chairs each, and - WOW - a feast table!

I help myself to some noodles, a slice of pizza, a small helping of fries, and a donut. It's made of awesome. 

I look out of the giant glass wall and see Mythical down in a hot tub. I quickly scarf down the food, and head down to join her.

WHAT????

This isn't fair. Mythical can't just expect me and others to serve her and bow down to her. She can't do this. She CANNOT invite me and then ask me to not have fun.

I half-stomp, half-walk up the steps and get Mythical her precious strawberry frozen yogurt. I deliver it, she gives a grunt of thanks, and then she goes back to chatting with her BFF, Infinity Strongtiger.

"Non-members are LOOOOSERS!!!!!!"

"Ha ha! I know, right?"

"Anyway. Have you seen the latest issue of Sassy Style?"

"YES. Did you catch the outfit with the blue and pink spiked collar?"

"OMG, yes! I LOOOVED it. I'm planning to wear it to the Charity Gala. It's being called the event of the season."

"Besides your party?"

"Besides mine."

A voice from a seemingly invisible intercom blares.

"At this time Mythical Spiritwolf will be receiving her birthday gifts. Please report to the island that is southeast of the main entrance."

Blegh. Now I have to go watch Mythical bask in the rays of her coolness, shunning poor gifts and jumping with glee at good ones. 

I arrive at what's dubbed "Gift Island" moments before Mythical opens her first gift.

"A BLUE AND PINK LONG COLLAR!!!!" she screeches. The crowd goes wild.

"That will go PERFECTLY with your outfit for the Charity Gala!"

"I know, right! Here's the next one........A BETA BLUE RUG!!!! This will go AMAZINGLY well with my new blue bedroom set!"

"A POT O' GEMS!!!!"

"That can be on your shelf to show off your riches!"

"A BLUE AND PINK LONG WRIST!!!!!!!"

"Exactly what you need for the Charity Gala outfit!"
